For this project, ZooArt collaborated with Dinis Amusement Rides through an intermediary to introduce a family-friendly attraction to a local public park. Seeking durable and safe amusement equipment, they turned to Dinis for its experience in crafting innovative rides that appeal to a wide audience.
Project OverviewZooArt aimed to enrich the recreational offerings of a local park, providing visitors with safe and exciting entertainment while enhancing the park’s community appeal. Dinis worked closely with the client to deliver a ride that combined fun, safety, and high-quality engineering.
For this project, Dinis supplied a custom Unpowered Pedal Roller Coaster, designed to deliver an interactive and eco-friendly experience for all ages:
Pedal-Powered Mechanism: The roller coaster operates without electricity, relying on a pedal system where an adult rider uses foot pedals to drive a chain transmission, elevating the cabin to a designated height. This kinetic energy propels the cabin along the track, offering a unique and engaging experience for both children and adults.
Track Design: The coaster features a T-shaped slide track with varying heights, supported by steel pipe structures. The track’s design allows for smooth ascents and thrilling descents, enhancing the ride’s excitement. The track is elevated to ensure safety and provide an unobstructed view of the surrounding area.
Cabin Design: The ride includes a stainless steel seat that securely attaches to the track. The cabin is designed to accommodate one child, with safety features ensuring a secure and comfortable ride.
